The Tree Challenge

The client really loved her old, illuminated tree, but with careful planning and detailed discussions, we sourced an upgraded version of the tree and made it the highlight of the space. We've learned to lean into our client's desires and offer creative solutions to their problems, using this tree as an example of how we love to solve problems with timeless design solutions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

All sales are considered final unless otherwise approved at the discretion of ownership.

 

Sale Items:

All sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

 

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Sale Items):

Returns or exchanges on full-price merchandise may be considered within 48 hours of delivery or in-store pickup, at the sole discretion of ownership.

 

If approved:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply

  • Returns are issued as store credit only

  • Store credit has no cash value and is non-refundable

Condition of Merchandise

To be eligible for consideration, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

 

Items showing signs of wear, installation, or damage will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are always final sale:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Special orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Artwork

  • Fabric, wallpaper, trim, or cut goods

  • Installed or altered merchandise

 

 

Shipping & Handling

  • All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is deemed defective

Damages:

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. Failure to report within this timeframe voids eligibility for review
