From movie prop warehouses to Moroccan medina markets, there are no limits to the lengths Ben and Jimson will go on their hunt for the most unique finds. Let's not forget the true star of EWD, the sweetest rescue ever, Bourbon. His favorite hobby is manning the showroom, greeting customers that dress well, and accepting organic, free range dog treats.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

All sales are considered final unless otherwise approved at the discretion of ownership.

 

Sale Items:

All sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

 

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Sale Items):

Returns or exchanges on full-price merchandise may be considered within 48 hours of delivery or in-store pickup, at the sole discretion of ownership.

 

If approved:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply

  • Returns are issued as store credit only

  • Store credit has no cash value and is non-refundable

Condition of Merchandise

To be eligible for consideration, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

 

Items showing signs of wear, installation, or damage will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are always final sale:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Special orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Artwork

  • Fabric, wallpaper, trim, or cut goods

  • Installed or altered merchandise

 

 

Shipping & Handling

  • All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is deemed defective

Damages:

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. Failure to report within this timeframe voids eligibility for review
