A Dog-Friendly Design Project

Our clients purchased a sofa and accent chairs but struggled to pull the look together for their dog-friendly family room. We created a cohesive style that included extraordinary lighting elements, celebrating their existing furniture and setting a vibe to follow throughout the home. We upgraded window treatments and added textural depth with a high-and-low pile rug, making a huge anchoring impact on the space. We incorporated a fun shelving unit to highlight their personalities with unique accessories and botanical artwork that tied it all together.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

All sales are considered final unless otherwise approved at the discretion of ownership.

 

Sale Items:

All sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

 

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Sale Items):

Returns or exchanges on full-price merchandise may be considered within 48 hours of delivery or in-store pickup, at the sole discretion of ownership.

 

If approved:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply

  • Returns are issued as store credit only

  • Store credit has no cash value and is non-refundable

Condition of Merchandise

To be eligible for consideration, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

 

Items showing signs of wear, installation, or damage will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are always final sale:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Special orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Artwork

  • Fabric, wallpaper, trim, or cut goods

  • Installed or altered merchandise

 

 

Shipping & Handling

  • All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is deemed defective

Damages:

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. Failure to report within this timeframe voids eligibility for review
