Showcasing Grandmas China

As you can see from the "BEFORE" photos, our client loves bright colors. She also loves her grandmas China and asked that we incorporate it into the design somehow. Using the client's affinity for the color green, we opted for a paint shade with less yellow and incorporated various textures like woven curtains and a hand tufted wool rug to cozy up the space. We replaced the cabinets in their butler pantry by adding open to shelving to display grandma's chine. We incorporated a bright orange penny-tiled backsplash with uplighting to showcase the display items. The oversized glass chandelier, round dining table and rug added a big WOW factor to the smaller space. Unique abstract wall art paired with original paintings and framed textiles beautifully tied together the color scheme, making the space feel intentional and cohesive.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

All sales are considered final unless otherwise approved at the discretion of ownership.

 

Sale Items:

All sale, clearance, and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

 

Returns & Exchanges (Non-Sale Items):

Returns or exchanges on full-price merchandise may be considered within 48 hours of delivery or in-store pickup, at the sole discretion of ownership.

 

If approved:

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply

  • Returns are issued as store credit only

  • Store credit has no cash value and is non-refundable

Condition of Merchandise

To be eligible for consideration, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

 

Items showing signs of wear, installation, or damage will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are always final sale:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Special orders

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Artwork

  • Fabric, wallpaper, trim, or cut goods

  • Installed or altered merchandise

 

 

Shipping & Handling

  • All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is deemed defective

Damages:

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. Failure to report within this timeframe voids eligibility for review
